October Barkbox

I received my October Barkbox today!  This month shipped a little later than normal, on October 17th, and I received it on Ocober 23rd so 6 days.  This month's theme was a celebration of the colors and flavors of fall.  The items this month are really cute, and the girls have already dug in!

All the Goodies!
Fruitables Halloween Dog Treats Share Pack ($9.99):  8 mini bags of treats for Halloween visitors.  These are so cute, and the flavors sound good.  My dogs already tried the pumpkin blueberry and they were a hit!

Grilled Bison, Pumpkin and Apple, Pumpkin & Blueberry, Apple and Bacon Flavors

Baker's Best Autumn Harvest goat treats ($8):  Haven't tried them yet, but they look like something my dogs would eat!

Your Dog's Diner Mutt Meatball Mix ($7.99):  Add this mix to a pound of ground beef, an egg and pop it into the oven for a homemade treat (makes 40 teaspoon sized meatballs).  HMMM do my doggies deserve that much love, homemade meatloaf?  I will give it a try!

Pet Qwerks Chevron Bear ($7?):  How cute is this!  Sookie loves new toys I am glad she is getting so many new ones in   the Barkbox's the past few months.  I can't find this toy on their website so I am going with an average stuffed toy price.

Superior Farms Lamb Ears ($3.19):  I already gave one to Athena and she scarfed it down so it must have been delicious!  Never bought these before maybe I should.

This months Barkbox is a winner!  I totaled the value at $36.17, I paid $18 a month for my 6 month subscription.  If you are interested in Barkbox click on this referral link and use code BBSTAFF9BXC9 for $12 off a 6 month subscription!  What did your doggies think of their October Barkbox?

Ipsy October Bag

I got my October Ipsy Bag in the mail today!  Ok, I already peaked online to and knew what I was getting, but it's always still exciting.  This months theme is beauty is art.  Ipsy is a monthly subscription service that sends 5 beauty items, and a custom makeup bag for $10 a month.  Lets check out the goods!

All the Goodies :)
Big Sexy Hair Spray Clay ($8.00 ):  This spray is supposed to give your hair texture.  I love the concept and can't wait to try it!  This is actually the product I am most excited to try, a full size bottle at Ulta is $18.95!

Bella Terra Mineral Shimmer in Navy:  ($14.99):  This product says it has 8 different uses!  Mix with water for shadow or liner, use as a hair streak dye, lipcolor, nail polish shading etc.  The color is a navy shimmer.  I will give this a go, even though I have never worn blue eyeshadow, this might be put in the trades pile.  I love the concept, just maybe not the shade?

Coastal Scents Medium Shadow Brush ($2.49):  Medium eyeshadow brush, whats not to love I always need new shadow brushes!

La Fresh Oil Free Face Cleaning Wipes  10 count ($3.33):  I have never used products from this brand, but I know other people love them.  I will give these a shot, great size to throw in a travel bag!

Zoya Polish from the Fall Cashmeres and Satins Collection in Mason:  ($8.00)    I LOVE Zoya polish.    I was so excited when I saw we were all getting one this month, although I was hoping for the green or blue shade, this one is beautiful!  It is a nice fall magenta with a little shimmer to it.  I can't wait to try it out!

Ipsy October Makeup Bag theme Love is Art.  As always it also came with coupon codes for each of this months products so if you loved something you can buy at a deal!

I totalled my October Ispy bag (without makeup bag value) at $36.81, not the most valuable bag I have every received, but I got some really great products here!  What did you get in your October Ipsy bag?  If you want to join just click here and sign up for next month's bag!

Julep Valerie and Dahlia

I got to try some of my October Julep colors this week.  I upgraded my Julep this month and recieved all of the October Rebel set colors, along with the eyeliner, and charcoal mask.  I already love the charcoal mask and I am loving these nail colors too!  This months shades were mostly glittering, yet deep which is very different than most colors I have.  It also came with a few shades that I can't wait to try around Halloween.  I used Valerie as a base coat, it is a teal with glittering gold specks.  I used Dahlia, a glittering deep yellow, as an accent tip and an overcoat on the ring finger.  I think these two shades go together great!  I included lots of photo's, this mani looks different from every angle.   Did you pick up any of the October Julep shades?  You can buy them individually here or of course become a Julep Maven and get your first box for free using code FREEBOX.
